Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.20223/2016 dated 15.06.2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a difference in the calculation of interest part alone and that has not been paid.

On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that entire amount has been paid with interest.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
