ORDER

The Transfer Civil Revision Petition has been filed for transferring the H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the Sub Court, Tambaram. 2.The petitioner/wife has filed the petition for Divorce in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. The respondent/husband has filed a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights in H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

3.When this matter is taken up today for final hearing, both the parties would submit that they have no objections for transferring the matter to the Sub Court, Tambaram. Further, a request has been made for a joint trial for both the matters. The submissions are recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee is transferred to the Sub Court, Tambaram. A direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram, to take both the matters together and dispose of both the matters as expeditiously as possible.

5.With these observations, this Transfer Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
