O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 21.03.2019, wherein and whereby, he sought for conducting election with respect to Hasrath Kather Masthan Valiyulla Durgah, Palladam Main Road, Chinnakarai, Karaipudhur Post, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2.Mrs.H.Yasmeen Ali, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

4.According to the petitioner, the election to the said Durgah has not been conducted in despite of his repeated representations. It is seen that the last representation was made by the petitioner on 21.03.2019. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that such representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the first respondent.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
