Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)To grant ad interim stay of exection of the judgment and decree dt.03/02/2017 made in CS.No.602/2010 on the file of the High Court Madras (in CMP.15185/2017) and;

(ii)To permit the Petitioner/Respondent/Plaintiff to withdraw a sum Rs.31,50,000/-(Rupees Thirty One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) lying in the credit of the Original Side Appeal (in CMP.19146/2017) pending disposal of the O.S.A.No.225/2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.B.GOPALAN ASSO, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- As recorded by this court in the order dated 13.10.2017, the conditional order has been complied with. The amount as on today lies in fixed deposit in the Nationalised Bank, done by the Registry.
