The learned counsel for the petitioner argued at for a longer time. Thereafter, this Court points out that the argument is not convinced in the Court and the matter has to be dismissed with costs. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
