O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The term harassment is subjective one. A blanket order cannot be granted. If any complaint is pending against the accused and the investigation officer finds that there is a cognizable offence made out, they can proceed and register an F.I.R. and take action as per law. Without any such complaint, the petitioner cannot be called repeatedly to the Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station. However, this Court's order cannot be a shield as against the accused in the event of cognizable offence is made out.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
