O R D E R

The writ petition in W.P.No.17445 of 2023 has been filed for directing the 1st respondent to complete the proceedings dated 10.08.2022 in Na.Ka.No.2702M2/2022.

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the enquiry proceedings are commenced vide proceedings dated 10.08.2022 and subsequently an enquiry has been conducted on 22.09.2022. Thereafter, the 1st respondent has not made any progress in the enquiry. The petitioner has already waited for more than 10 months and the 1st respondent has not initiated further action to complete the enquiry. Once the enquiry has commenced, the competent authorities shall ensure that such enquiries are completed as expeditiously as possible and by affording opportunity to all the parties.

3. Since the enquiry proceedings have already been commenced in the present case, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. In fine, the writ petition in W.P.No.17445 of 2023 stands disposed of. No costs.
