..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's online application bearing Application No. 2025/ 0105/ 31/ 707788 dated 26.09.2025 for subdivision patta transfer in respect of the land comprised in Survey No. 122/2 measuring an extent of approximately 0.18 cents and survey No. 123/3B3A1 measuring an extent of approximately 1.02 cents situated at Sevvampatti Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri district within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue subdivision patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's application dated 26.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of subdivision patta in his name for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of sub-division of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting
documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2ndrespondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 26.09.2025, seeking for issuance of subdivision of patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
