This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in paying the deficit court fee in second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 18.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 24.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
