By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would claim that its institution has all necessary infrastructural facilities for offering five year B.Arch course with annual intake of 80 students and Council of Architecture, New Delhi has also accorded approval vide letter dated 30.05.2015 for introduction of five year full time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Degree course for the academic year 2015-2016. The petitioner on approval of the Council of Architecture, submitted the application dated 08.06.2015 praying for grant of affiliation in respect of the above said course for the academic year 2015-2016 and certain clarifications were also sought and the petitioner vide letter dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.06.2015 submitted full compliance report with relevant annexures and since no order has been passed by the respondent, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that all formalities have been complied with and there cannot be any impediment on the part of the first respondent to grant affiliation in respect of the above said course and prays for appropriate orders.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Vijayakumar, learned Standing Counsel who accepts notice for the respondents. 5.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 08.06.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
