COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is seen from the complaint given by the petitioner in both the cases that pursuant to the same incident two complaints were given. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry into both the cases and take further action by following the Police Standing Orders and register a case against the one person who is found to be aggressor.

3.Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
