This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 12841 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21000 of 2021 on 10.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily on 1st and 15th of every month until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month on the first week of Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
