Today the matter had been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In the first paragraph, the place of death has been recorded as Singapore, whereas the death certificate, Ex.P4 indicates that the death had occurred at India.

3. Hence, the Registry is directed to delete "Singapore" appearing in line No.5 of the first paragraph and replace it as "India" and issue a fresh order copy.
