235 of 2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
