ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32344 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32344 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
