O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2016 pending on the file of the District Court, Tiruppur and transfer the same to the file of the District Court, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. The transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2016 filed by the petitioner before the District Court, Tiruppur to the District Court, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case in I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2016, pending on the file of District Court, Tiruppur to the District Court, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of District Court, Tiruppur and transferred to the file of the District Court, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District. Presiding Officer, District Court, Tiruppur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2016 to the file of the District Court, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
