ORDER

Seeking to issue a mandamus directing the respondent to refund the proportionate seigniorage fee and security deposit , the petitioner is now before this court with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned seeking appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
