ORDER

(1) The petitioner/sole Accused, who was arrested on 28.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 IPC alter to 294(b), 302 of IPC, in Crime No.29 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

(2) The case of the prosecution is that the victim is the sister of the accused and suspecting her fidelity, the accused set her ablaze and the daughter and son of the deceased along with the mother of the accused were also injured.

(3) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is in judicial custody from 28.03.2021 and he seeks the release of the petitioner on bail. (4) The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the victim is the sister of the accused and suspecting her fidelity, the accused set her ablaze and the daughter and son of the deceased along with the mother of the accused were also injured. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(5) Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition stands DISMISSED.
