3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed. The delay of 171 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and post "for admission" in due course.
