This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in C.C.No.7600 of 2006 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8 and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that C.C.No.7600 of 2006 was disposed on 28.03.2018 and that the present petitioners were acquitted under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C. The copy of the judgment passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8 has been furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) before this Court. 3.Reccording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
