Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the orders of this Court dated 13.02.2023 in W.P.No.4021 of 2023.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer dated 07.05.2025, was produced before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that approval has been granted.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monetary benefits are yet to be settled and requested this Court to fix a time frame.

3. Considering the above development, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to settle the monetary benefits within a period of four weeks to the B.T. Assistant, whose appointment has been approved.
