PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required instead of the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.6448 of 2021 order dated 19.04.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. This petition is filed to modify the condition on appearance before the respondent, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6448 of 2021, dated 19.04.2021.

2.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, directed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the defacto complainant, in the event of complying the above said condition and prays for modification of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, considering the request made by the petitioners, is inclined to modify the condition.
