Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose the representation dated 27.04.2018 by considering the disposal of O.S.No.91 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif, Omalur and CRP (PD) No.1279 of 2012 on the file of this Court within time frame.

ORDER

The typed set of papers indicates that the alleged representation dated 27.04.2018 was submitted to the Government through online, the day succeeding to the date of representation are public holidays and when the Court reopened on 02.05.2018, this petitioner has filed this writ petition as an urgent petition to move during vacation.

The haste in which the writ petition is filed does not auger well. Expecting the Revenue Authority at Salem to act immediately after sending the representation through online to the Secretary the department at Chennai and filing writ petition to consider the said representation within time limit is highly ridiculous, without giving sufficient time for the executive to act upon the representation but approaching the Court invoking the writ jurisdiction is deplorable.
