2. The petitioners made representations dated 21.04.2022 and 13.04.2022 to the respondents to settle their retirement benefits. But so far, no benefits have been settled. Hence, filed the above writ petitions before this court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representations will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and the submissions made by the parties concerned, this court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the

petitioners dated 21.04.2022 and 13.04.2022, and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
