[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider the Petitioner representation dated 16.02.2015 seeking employment as per priority certificate vide O.Mu. 12379/87/H.1 dated 17.06.1987 expeditiously in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Honourable Court. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Taking note of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.02.2015, relating to his employment, based on the priority certificate issued to him in O.Mu. 12379/87/H.1 dated 17.06.1987, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
