COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in these Writ Petitions are for a direction to the respondents to appoint and promote the petitioners in all the writ petitions as Forest Watcher with effect from the date of appointment of their juniors.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents restricted the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions and made a submission that it is suffice if a direction is issued to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners in this regard on 04.03.2017. The claim of the writ petitioners in all the writ petitions is for appointment and promotion on par with their juniors. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 04.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, considering all the materials available on record.
