Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The surrendering before the trial court in pursuance to the order dated 11.03.2020 made in STC.No.5875 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani confirming the conviction imposed in the judgment dated 18.02.2020 made in C.A.No.74 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode District at Bhavani, be and hereby is exempted.
