ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner relating to the case in Crime No.39 of 2021 pending before the respondents herein. 2.The learned counsel for Government (Criminal Side), on instructions, contended that the summons were issued to the petitioner for enquiry on 29.02.2021 and till date petitioner did not appear before the 2nd respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the investigation.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Government (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order / uploading of the order in the website.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
