Writ Petition came to be mentioned under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A. No.5667 of 2002 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal seeking for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in C.No.A2/18507/99 RO No.100/02 dated 20.9.02 and quash the same and restore the seniority of the petitioner and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

Mr.S.Paul Pakkiaraj, challenging the order passed by the first respondent reversing his seniority and seeking a direction to restore his seniority, filed O.A.No.5667 of 2002 which came on transfer as the present writ petition.

2. When the matter was taken up on the last three hearings viz., 13.2.2015, 20.2.2015 and 11.3.2015, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter was taken up in the morning session, none https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appeared except the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. After being passed over, even in the after noon session, when the matter was taken up, none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition fails and is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
