ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners in connection with the sale agreement entered into between the petitioners and one Chinnasamy. Therefore, this petition.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by Chinnasamy, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.289 of 2023. Thereafter, parties were advised to seek appropriate remedy from the competent Court on the basis of sale agreement. Petitioner is not required for any enquiry. 4.In view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for parties, this Court is of the view that no further need to be passed in this petition.
