ORDER

The petitioner had sent a representation to the 4th respondent on 02.02.2026 and to the 3rd respondent on 05.02.2026. Thereafter, sent a reminder representation dated 14.02.2026 to the 4th respondent alleging that the respondents 5 to 7 trespassed into the petitioner's patta land and residence and using JCB bearing No.TN30-DZ-1239 demolished the 3 feet compound wall of the petitioner's house and also threatened that the entire family of the petitioner

would be done away. But the respondent police not taken any action. Hence, the present petition is filed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.55 of 2026 assigned on 02.02.2026 for damage of the compound wall. Since there is a dispute with regard to ownership of the land and it is represented by the villagers that it is a temple land and it has been used by all the villagers and the petitioner unauthorisedly put up a compound wall. Hence, communication sent to revenue officials to ascertain the status of the land. He further submitted that once the revenue report is received, appropriate action would be taken within a period of three weeks. 3.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to take immediate action to collect the revenue records and in any event, the entire exercise to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
