This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.1409 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and respondent appeared before this Court along with their respective counsel and submitted that they have decided to rejoin and lead their life together. They have also filed a joint memo dated 16.04.2018 to that effect and signed the same voluntarily without any compulsion and coercion by anybody stating that the respondent is undertaking to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.1409 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore in the next date of hearing. 3.In view of the joint memo filed and signed by both the parties and their respective counsel, this Transfer Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
