` The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 21.09.2015 and 11.07.2016 for issuing patta in respect of the schedule mentioned petition property in favour of the petitioners within the stipulated time.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioners, they made their respective representations dated 21.09.2015 and 11.07.2016 for issuing patta in respect of the scheduled mentioned property bearing Door https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.30/5, Plot No.222(Old No.192-A), Bharathidahasan East Street, Kavery Nagar (Appavu Nagar), Saidapet, Chennai 15 in their favour. Since no action was taken by the respondents, the petitioners have come up with the present writ petition.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter directs the respondent concerned to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 21.09.2015 and 11.07.2016 and dispose of the same after giving notice to all the parties concerned and also after verifying whether any appeal is pending, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
