This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.423 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.423 of 2011 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with due intimation to the defacto complainant.
