ORDER

When the above Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.02.2015, a case in Crime No. 20 of 2015 was registered by the respondent against T. Ramalingam and six others for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 120 of IPC. A copy of the first information report in Crime No. 20 of 2015 has also been produced to this Court.
