2.The petitioners herein were all dismissed from service by individual orders dated 24.03.2015. Aggrieved over the said orders, they preferred Appeals dated 04.04.2015 before the first respondent. Now, they have come forward with these Writ Petitions, with a limited https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
prayer, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the said appeals on merits and accordance with law. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the direction as sought for to dispose of the Appeals could be granted, without prejudice to their submissions that the Writ Petitions would not lie against the second respondent. 4.The aforesaid submission is recorded.
5.In these Writ Petitions, the petitioners have only sought for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeals preferred by them. In view of the narrow prayer made, this Court is not inclined to go into the allegations or the merits of the matter and only a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioners on 04.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
