This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1082 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.1082 of 2016 on 20.12.2016 under Section 147, 448, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC. 4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation was completed in Crime No.1082 of 2016 and Charge Sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram on 11.03.2017. But, the same has not been taken on file. 5.Recording the submission, this Court directs the Assistant Public Prosecutor, in charge of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram to look into this and ensure that the Police file a complete Charge Sheet and thereafter, proceed with the same in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law.
