ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 505 (1)(b), 271, 272, 290, 506(ii), 171 (G), 171(F) of IPC, in Crime No.337 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to election dispute, the petitioner abused the opposite party leader in a filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that due to election dispute, the petitioner abused the opposite party leader and threatened him with dire consequences. He would further submit that the petitioner is a history-sheetor and there are six previous cases pending against him including murder case. 5.Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the antecedents of the petitioner are reported to be bad, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
