(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vazapadi in order in Crl.O.P.No.9225 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order was granted on 23.06.2020 and due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, he was unable to comply with the order and thereby seek extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencements of Court's normal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
