ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 10.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.S.R.No.399/2025, the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvarur.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial in S.C.No.92 of 2021 has been almost completed and the prosecution had examined all the witnesses and the matter is posted for arguments. In fact, the accused also filed written arguments.

4. In view of the above submission, the petition filed under Section 302 of Cr.P.C to assist the prosecution was rightly rejected and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 10.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.S.R.No.399/2025, the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvarur.
