This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1203 days in representing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.19908 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
