2. When these Writ Petitions were taken up for final disposal on 29.1.2015, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the proceedings dated 24.12.2014 indicating that the respondents have cancelled the order of termination and the petitioner was permitted to join duty.
3.In view of the order dated 24.12.2014, the learned senior counsel for the respondents took time to take instructions.
4. When the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing today, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 24.12.2014, the petitioner joined duty and as such nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions.
5. In view of the subsequent developments and more particularly on account of the issuance of the order dated 24.12.2014, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions.
6. The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above observation. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
