ORDER

The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2016 given for surveying his agricultural lands comprised in Survey Nos.540/5A, 540/8A, 540/8C, 540/9A2 and 540/10C situated at Chinna Salem, Villupuram District.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, she filed a representation dated 10.09.2016 to the respondents for surveying agricultural lands in Survey Nos.540/5A, 540/8A, 540/8C, 540/9A2 and 540/10C situated at Chinna Salem, Villupuram District. 5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
