Pursuant to the direction issued by this court dated 23.04.2025, the Registry submitted a note stating that the appeal papers got mixed up with the other bundles in the Registry and the same could not be traced.

In view of the said note submitted by the Registry, this CMP for reconstruction of appeal papers is ordered.
