Prayer in WP.28966 & 28969 of 2016:- The Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the panel of B.T.Assistants Teachers fit for promotion to the post of Post Graduate Assistant Teachers in Economics (same Major) in Government Higher Secondary Schools dated NIL Website ordered issued by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same in so far as deleting the name of the petitioner as "Deleted studied in Reverse degree" is concerned and thereby direct the respondents herein to include the name of the petitioner in the panel and consequently promote the petitioner as Post Graduate Teacher in Economics in the Counselling scheduled to be held on 22.08.2016 or any other future dates.
Prayer in WP.28967, 28968/2016:- The Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the panel of B.T.Assistants Teachers fit for promotion to the post of Post Graduate Assistant Teachers in Economics (same Major) in Government Higher Secondary Schools dated NIL Website ordered issued by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the name of the Petitioner is not sponsored by the 4th respondent is concerned and thereby direct the 4th respondent herein to sponsor the name of the Petitioner to the 3rd respondent enabling him to include the name of the petitioner in the panel and consequently promote the petitioner as Post Graduate Teacher in Economics in the counselling scheduled to be held on 22.08.2016 or or any other future dates. ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, M/s.G.Dharoga (E.No.2698/2009) learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ petition and has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
