2. Mr.Mohammed Fayaz , learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2020 for appointing a Committee of Managementfor the Madras-e-Islamia Wakf. Through the said representation, the petitioner seeks for appointment of Muthavallis to the subject matter Wakf, which is under direct management of the Wakf Board as on today.

4. This Court at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the said representation, as it is for the first respondents to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
