ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not arrayed as accused in this case.

In fact, the counter affidavit filed by the respondent police, reveals that there is no relevant incriminating materials found against the petitioner viz., Syed Ahamed Kaber. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent police, the criminal original petition is closed.
