This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required in Crl.O.P.No.9649 of 2020 in Crime No.145 of 2019 dated 29.06.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent .

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, Mettur Police Station, Salem District daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
