Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15301/M/E3/2023 dated 5/4/2023 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct online counseling for the post of Physical Director Grade - I after arriving the actual student strength in the new academic year (June 2023 to April 2024) based on the Government letter in G.O.(4D) No.1 School Education Department dated 21/1/2000.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceeding dated 5/4/2023 passed in Na.Ka.No.15301/M/E3/2023 issued by the second respondent and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct 2/4

on-line counseling for the post of Physical Director Grade - I after arriving the actual student strength in the new academic year (June 2023 to April 2024) based on the Government letter in G.O.(4D) No.1 School Education Department dated 21/1/2000.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Education) appearing for the respondents produced a status report wherein it is stated that on-line counseling for transfer is conducted and the petitioner was also transferred to Government Higher Secondary School, Ranipet, in the year 2023 itself.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 5/3/2025 mvs.
