This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the alleged false and frivolous complaint lodged by the de facto complainant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Nagammal, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner shall participate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
